At HSM, we're more than just senior living; we're a close-knit community where 21 individuals are cared for like family. Unlike larger facilities, you won't find impersonal routines or crowded spaces. Instead, we offer a haven of private suites and ensuite bathrooms, creating a sense of comfort and dignity for each resident.

HSM employs our own in-house caring staff:

Professional nurses (RNs or LPNs) on duty, in house, awake 24 hours a day. All medications are dispensed by our professional nurses who interact regularly with resident's health care providers.
Nursing assistants are on duty, in house, awake 24 hours a day to assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating and other care needs.
Full time activity person enriches our residents with fun and meaningful activities both in-house and out into the community. Group and individual activities are avvailable.
Daily housekeepers maintain clean and fresh resident rooms and building premises. In-house laundry services are also provided.
Part-time licensed Social Worker assists residents' with individual care attention
Chefs make every meal fresh and great tasting.
We can accommodate most levels of care needed.
HSM is a member of Care Providers of Minnesota (CPM) and American Health Care Association (AHCA).
