At Hope Springs, we're more than just a nursing facility, we're a close-knit community where 21 individuals are cared for like family. Unlike larger facilities, you won't find impersonal routines or crowded spaces. Instead, we offer a haven of private suites and ensuite bathrooms, creating a sense of comfort and dignity for each resident.

HSM employs our own in-house caring staff:

Professional nurses (RNs or LPNs) on duty, in house, awake 24 hours a day. All medications are dispensed by our professional nurses who interact regularly with resident's health care providers.
Nursing assistants are on duty, in house, awake 24 hours a day to assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating and other care needs. We have hoyer lifts.
Full time activity person enriches our residents with fun and meaningful activities both in-house and out into the community with our own facility van with wheelchair lift. Group and individual activities are avvailable.
Daily housekeepers maintain clean and fresh resident rooms and building premises. In-house laundry services are also provided at no extra charge.
Part-time licensed Social Worker assists residents' with individual care attention
Chefs make every meal fresh and great tasting on site! We accommodate many special needs diets.
We can accommodate most levels of care needed. We provide sliding scale insulin for our diabetic residents.
HSM is a member of Care Providers of Minnesota (CPM) and American Health Care Association (AHCA).
